Cardiff Ultra 50
At the start of the year I vowed that I didn't want to run another Marathon for at least another 5 years. The trouble is I now have the Distance bug again, this time its came back with the words "Ultra" on it.
An Ultra is basically a distance over a normal Marathon (26.2 miles>). However, completing the event is usually the main target, rather than chasing a time.
