That's how it goes..

Well, I set out at Just over 7 minute miles on the Gloucester Marathon, which got me a great Half Marathon of 1.31! However, by mile 18 I Just bonked and couldn't keep it up. My finishing time was 4 hours spot on.. Not so great!

Also, a big shout out to Superstar Lawrence for jumping from the side lines and running the last mile with me! Was a real big help, I really appreciate it. = ]

Plan- Due to my age I don't want to over do it on Marathon's, so I have decided that I will return to it in about 5 years.

For now Im going to focus on speed!

Midlands Cross Country next week.. Wooop woop!
