Sunny Spring Sundays!!

I don't know if its just me, but time seems to be moving forward really fast at the moment, its very scary! From winter, truly into Spring.

As it goes though its been all good with lots of strong miles ran, interval cycling done and sunny afternoons in Tintern with N man and Dad...

If he keeps doing that his finger WILL fall off!

After 20 minutes of walking and moaning (more from me, > than N man!)... we made it to the top!

Ive re-taken on the idea of  "The bodies a temple" Idea. Its something I have been toying with for the last 5 years, however I feel with sport becoming an increasingly bigger part of my life, its needed! 
Not too mention the added benefits of feeling energetic and maintaining weight.

My next step is to assess ways into which I can minamise the amount of poison (Sounds epic!) entering my body. 

I came to a conclusion it had to be Caffeine or alcohol (or High Fructose Corn syrup, but that means I would be proper Hippy dippy if I gave that stuff up!) . 

After reading this (or what I understood of it!) I made my mind up.

I'm hoping that a few other people will join me in my no drinking- still going out and being sociable - lifestyle.

So looks like I'm having a sober 21st!
