When a coaching sessions goes to the dogs...

... And you just want the hour to finish- Badly! 

Even though I'm 22 years old; over the last 3 years I've coached a wide range of people from 4 year olds to 84 years old. I've coached at Primary, Secondary and at FE level. 

In January I started a new post at a local FE SEN school, and I absolutely love it! The children are engaging and at the end of every session there always are plenty of smiles and general good vibes. 

However, new Half-Term, new group. The students were working at a different level to what I was coaching and nothing seemed to flow, however much I attempted to take control and adapt. 

I thought I was nailing it... Now need to go away and re-think a couple of things! :-/
