Adventuring like a pro to the T

Is the name of autumn...

The plan is to undertake as much outdoor activity as possible;

whether it will be walking up the Malverns with Wilden-


Or running up at Symonds yat in the evening with my Headtorch and backpack on (Creepy stuff!)-


Overall the name of the game is to get other people into the world of fitness and wellbeing (I call it sharing the love- In a non-swinging-hippy-ying-yang way!)-





The overall objective is to increase participation in outdoor physical activity... But like all good plans it's vital to work on pre-conditioning techniques.
