Also, the chain snapping on my hired bike and having to run the last couple of miles..

Also, in other Jonesy news.. The winter Hereford county XC is over! (thank God!!)

Second in my age group.. wasn't even ready for the photo to be taken!

And ofcause.. Wye Valley Runners winning overall in the league! :)

It comes naturally when we have the most fantastic running team!
